What is spray

Plaster work consist of three stages, the first of which is spray. As already clear, spray is the lower layer, it is necessary to mask minor surface defects, such as cracks. In addition, spray, due to its insignificance, is guaranteed to adhere to the surface, which has the most poor clutch conditions, thereby this layer gives a bridgehead, to fix a more massive second layer, which would simply not resist the surface of the wall without spraying.

Spray is applied to the entire plane of the wall without leaving any free places. The spray thickness should be from 3 to 5 mm on brick and stone and from 5 to 9 mm on concrete walls. Now they are very in demand by movers use them at many enterprises.

For this stage, a solution is prepared, the density of which should be comparable to the density of the factory sour cream. To make it easier and faster to cover the walls, during this stage they use a special spatula or bucket into which the solution is typed and sharply pounced, with the movement of the arm from the bottom up. In this case, the sketch should occur from the same distance and with the same amount of the solution, only so you can apply about the same amount of mortar mass over the entire surface of the wall. But in the event that this does not come out, you can easily level the thickness of the applied solution, using a scapula.

After spraying, it is necessary to wait a while until it dries a little, but does not dry out completely. Otherwise, at the next stage, it will need to be wetted with water. Another important condition related to the application of spraying is timely cleaning of all extraneous surfaces, from drops of a solution, which with a high degree of probability could get to the ceiling and floor, as well as any objects and tools, for example, on a stepladder or carrying. Therefore, after the end of spraying, you do not need to relax.
