Varieties of interior partitions: differences

The basis of any partition is the canvas, which is made of durable material and is located from floor to ceiling. Interior partitions are of different types: sliding, stationary or folding.

Sliding partitions, in turn, can be one -roller or dual -ruble. The first type is considered more comfortable, since it is not necessary to spoil the floor in order to mount another rail. But, at the same time, downging partitions cannot provide absolute soundproofing, since a small interval remains between the partition and the floor.

When the partitions are parted, the impression of a spacious space is created.

If sliding partitions serve to completely overlap the space, then stationary are needed to divide the same room into various functional zones. For example, a stationary partition can be separated by the dining area from the kitchen, which allows the use of the separating “wall” to place various kitchen accessories on it.

Also, stationary partitions can be used in the bathroom to separate the shower cabin from the rest of the space.

To date, the domestic market presents consumers with sliding doors and interior partitions made in Spain, Italy, Germany, Finland, etc. D. Among Russian buyers, Italian products are popular, which is performed taking into account modern fashion trends and has an affordable price.
