Any structure needs floor slabs that come from materials with different characteristics and quality. Estate flooring slabs are used in coatings and ceilings of various buildings with walls from cellular blocks, brick and other materials.
The floor panels made of aerated concrete absorb moisture well, so they should be used in buildings with relative humidity, in their inner part, not more than 60%. If there is vapor barrier in the room, then humidity can be up to 75%. But at the same time, it should not be forgotten that CH 277-80 requires to provide specialized protective measures that will protect the structure from moisturizing.
Estate ceilings have high frost resistance, fire resistance, strength, so all plates are resistant to mold and fungi, and also have a high bearing capacity.
Most of them are made using reinforcement and embedded parts protected from corrosion. In the longitudinal faces of the products there are chamfers that provide compatibility with adjacent panels. For this, the seams between the joints are filled with a solution. Panels can also have installation loops made by order of the buyer.
The products use aerated concrete made in autoclave, compression of the compression of at least B3.5, brands having density, D600, frost resistance F25 and thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.14W/mºС. The dimensions of the products are diverse: from 2380 mm long to 5980 mm, 625 mm wide and a height of 150 to 300 mm.
