However, these lamps have a number of minuses: low efficiency, fragility, high electricity consumption, low light output. Unlike the same incandescent lamps, high efficiency can be attributed to the advantages of halogen lamps, for example, a power lamp of 35 watts will give the same bright light as the incandescent lamp 60 watts with power. In addition, the term of operation of halogen lamps is twice as a resource of conventional incandescent lamps. The downside here is the high price of halogen lamps, as well as lamps for them. But if you take into account that they work much longer, then the money spent will always pay off.
Luminescent lamp creates a uniform soft light for the eyes. It works several times longer in comparison with a traditional incandescent lamp and at the same time consumes less electricity: a lamp with a power of only 11 W will give as much light as a 60 watts lamp. The main disadvantages of this type of lamps are a high sensitivity to humidity, voltage surges, sharp fluctuations in temperature, as well as a high price for both the lamps themselves and for lamps for them.
