How to cleanse the body with a bathhouse or sauna

Baths and saunas cleanse the body, make us healthier. But any procedures, including bath, should be carried out according to the rules, so as not to harm the body and achieve the maximum effect of the procedure. Many people think that there is nothing complicated in visiting the bath: they got caught, washed, some also take a beer with them. But everything is not so simple, going to the bathhouse is a whole science. And you need to go to the sauna and the bathhouse differently.

Bath. Russian steam room is characterized by high humidity (20-70%) and high temperature-some warm up by steam rooms to one hundred degrees. In such an environment, the skin does not dry out, the body warms up well.

In general, the stay in the sauna is easier to carry, since the skin is cooled due to sweat, the sweating process is more intense. With a wet cough, visiting saunas is especially shown, since excess moisture from the bronchi and lungs occurs.

Regardless of whether you are going to the sauna or the bathhouse, remember that bath procedures have contraindications. Hypertension, some cardiovascular diseases – not everyone can be in the steam room for a long time.

Before entering the steam room, rinse under the shower, wipe the body with a towel. First time go to the steam room for a couple of minutes, no more. The first time it is recommended to sit on the lower shelf, go upstairs gradually, soberly evaluating your physical condition. Gradually increase the time of stay in the steam room if you feel unwell, immediately leave the hot room. After the steam room, rinse with cool water, always with your head.

Avoid drinking alcohol in the bath, do not overload your heart. A correct visit to a bath or sauna will give fortress and vigor of the spirit, save from ailments – physical and sincere.
