PVC tiles for floor – a new solution in the vinyl floor covering market.
Relatively recently, linoleum manufacturers brought to the Ukrainian and Russian market a unique solution – PVC tiles for gender which in Kyiv is successfully implemented by a trowel – an online building materials store. PVC tiles for the floor, like linoleum, can be heterogeneous or homogeneous, depending on the field of operation and the special properties of the coating. Typically, heterogeneous tiles have several structural layers: a substrate, the main layer of glass and the impregnated PVC, the upper decorative-protective layer of pure PVC. Homogenic tiles have a homogeneous structure, that is, it is a single layer and has a plain, chaotic or directed drawing with low detailing, passing through the entire thickness of the coating. The class is determined by the thickness of the homogeneous coating (from 0.3 to 3 mm) or the upper layer of wear (for heterogeneous).
Commercial coatings in the form of PVC tiles for floor have increased wear resistance (class 32/43). For housing and small office space, household or semi-commercial vinyl coatings are produced, designed for low or medium loads.
Typically, PVC tiles for the floor are produced correct shapes – in the form of squares or elongated rectangles (board imitation). Some manufacturers offer a linoleum cutting service for developed patterns. The laying process is ordinary for this kind of flooring: for glue or using a special cord (for special -purpose commercial coatings). The requirement to prepare the base is minimal, since this material is quite plastic. In addition, some manufacturers produce commercial PVC tiles on a stable substrate in the form of honeycombs and ready -made secretions. Such a floor is laid quickly and simply – according to the principle of a puzzle. To change linoleum to tiles, work is carried out in stages, which helps to avoid downtime in production.
For the design of apartments and small offices, PVC tiles LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), which is available in a broader range of color solutions and textures. Subject to laying conditions, such gender has high hygiene, good safety indicators and service life. Thanks to these solutions, designers manage to create a harmonious and full -fledged interior style.
